Assisted Onboarding with Onemoney AA
Using assisted model construct an assisted user onboarding journey that is driven by a bank official.
Loan officer captures the applicants Onemoney VUA thus initiating the consent request from FinPro.
Consent can be approved using Onemoney app by the applicant.

We can construct an assisted user onboarding journey that is driven by a bank official.
- The FIU Loan Officer (LO) initiates the process by filling in the applicant’s demographic data.

LO will also capture the applicant’s Onemoney handle/VUA. This will initiate the consent request generation
from
FinPro.
The user can be auto registered on Onemoney and issued a Onemoney handle/VUA. LO may need to assist
in
linking accounts

LO will advise applicants to approve the consent via the Onemoney website or app.

Once consent is approved, FinPro will receive a notification with the consent and linked account details

FinPro will then manage the server-to-server communication needed for data retrieval and provide the
final decrypted data to FIU systems.
